What's the minimum rental time?
Friday and Saturday reservations typically require a minimum of 5–8 hours, depending on the event, date, availability, and demand. Sunday through Thursday, shorter rental durations may be available depending on the event, vehicle, availability, and demand. Major concerts, sporting events, festivals, holidays, and other high-demand dates may have different minimum-hour requirements. Your quote will confirm the minimum for your date.

Which party buses have dance poles?
Our 40–44 passenger party buses each have two dance poles, our 30-passenger party bus has one dance pole, and our Mercedes Sprinter (up to 16 passengers) has one dance pole.

Do you provide chauffeurs?
Yes. Every rental includes a licensed, insured, TCP-permitted professional chauffeur. Gratuity is customary (18-20%) but not required.
Can we drink alcohol on the party bus?
Yes, if every passenger is 21 or older. We provide complimentary ice, coolers, cups, and bottled water. You bring the drinks. Underage passengers = strictly no alcohol on board, per California law.
Do you have restrooms on your party buses?
Both of our 40–44 passenger party buses have an onboard restroom. Perfect for long trips to Coachella, Vegas, wine country, or wedding weekend transportation.
How far in advance should I book?
For prom, homecoming, New Year's Eve, and Halloween weekend — book 2-3 months out. Weddings: 3-9 months. Everything else: 2-4 weeks is comfortable, but we can often accommodate last-minute bookings with 48 hours notice.
