To keep it flowing safely, Disney assigns specific bus zones that vary depending on the day, event schedule, Disney construction activity, and internal traffic control decisions. Typical Drop-Off Locations
Most charter buses and full-size motorcoaches are directed to the designated bus loading area at the Toy Story parking lot on Harbor Boulevard, where guests board a complimentary Disney shuttle to the main esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. On lower-volume days, or for smaller vehicles like our Sprinter and Hummer limo, drop-off may be permitted closer to the main esplanade, the Grand Californian, or a designated tour operator loading zone along Disneyland Drive or Katella Avenue. Hotel transfers within the resort loop are typically handled at the hotel porte-cochère.
Arrival Process
